Digital Entertainment Network, Inc. Names Legendary Entertainment Veteran Frank G. Mancuso to Its Board of Directors
(SANTA MONICA -- March 15, 2000) - Digital Entertainment Network, Inc. (DEN), a privately held interactive online network that targets Generation Y, today announced that prominent entertainment industry veteran Frank Mancuso joins its board of directors. With a distinguished career that spans over four decades, Mr. Mancuso brings DEN a wealth of expertise in the entertainment industry, where he most recently served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. and remains a special consultant and a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to joining MGM, Mr. Mancuso served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Pictures.

Mr. Mancuso joins Marc Nathanson, Vice-Chairman of Charter Communications, former founder, CEO and President of Falcon International Communications, LLC and Mitchell J. Blutt M.D., Executive Partner of Capital Chase Partners, among others, as outside board members of DEN.
